Robinson-Ansley Canyon, LT Murray Wildlife Area, WA
May 2025

Synopsis
We had never seen Robinson Canyon during the peak of wildflower season. I think this trip we hit it perfectly. The meadows and hillsides were a carpet of blooming lupine, mule’s ears, and showy phlox. Hiking around the wildlife area, we enjoyed the blooms, birds, and beauty of the area. We could have done without the major rainstorm in the afternoon-evening, but it was still a very enjoyable camping trip to one of my favorite places.
